Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling will be leading the charge to create jobs in Virginia once Bob McDonnell takes office in the New Year.

Bolling came to Albemarle County Thursday to talk about his plans as part of the Virginia Manufacture Association Forum held at the Boar's Head Inn.

The new administration is looking at everything from tax incentives to tax breaks for businesses that create jobs. Bolling also has a message for unemployed workers.

Bill Bolling stated, "Learn a new skill, learn a new trade and frankly be willing to think out of the box a little bit and take jobs that they might not have otherwise thought about taking."

Bolling also says he thinks the economy is coming back, but he doesn't feel the growth rate will be as rapid as it was before the recession hit.
