Culpeper Star-Exponent Endorses Bolling for Lieutenant Governor

Paper calls Bolling a "proven" leader and "natural choice" for the job

 

RICHMOND - Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling was endorsed today by the Culpeper Star-Exponent. The Star-Exponent becomes the fourth paper to lend its support to Bolling's re-election, joining the Fredericksburg Free Lance-Star, News & Messenger and Arlington Sun-Gazette.

In its endorsement, the paper praised Bolling as a "proven" leader who successfully fulfilled his constitutional duties as Lieutenant Governor. It also cited him the "natural choice" to remain in the roll and serve with GOP gubernatorial candidate Bob McDonnell.

Bolling has also been endorsed by a long list of other organizations including National Federation of Independent Business/ Virginia, Virginia Association of Realtors PAC, Virginia Farm Bureau Federation's Virginia AgPAC, Virginia Credit Union League, Associated Builders and Contractors, Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, National Rifle Association - Political Victory Fund, Fraternal Order of Police and Police Benevolent Association.
