RICHMOND - Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling today announced the expansion of his television ad to broadcast television into the Richmond and Roanoke markets.  Bolling is the first down ticket statewide candidate to begin general election broadcast advertising in Richmond and Roanoke.  Bolling is now running radio and television ads in nearly every part of Virginia.

The ad, titled "Lessons," highlights Bolling's background and upbringing, his work as a State Senator to provide health insurance to low income children in Virginia along with his plans to improve education by increasing classroom spending by $484M by redirecting money from the central office to the classroom to raise teacher pay, reduce class sizes and improve textbooks and technology.

"Lessons" has been running on broadcast television in the Norfolk market and cable in Northern Virginia, Richmond and Norfolk.  A companion radio ad is currently running in Fredericksburg, Winchester and Southwest Virginia.
